Cupping helps with many diseases and ailments. Cupping has also proven successful in treating digestive problems, muscle tension and chronic pain. Cupping stimulates the lymphatic flow and promotes blood circulation in the skin and tissues. When cupping, the cups are placed on the skin and remain in place. The negative pressure pulls the skin and the tissue into the cup. During the cupping massage, Rosa Costanzo slowly moves the cups over the skin. In doing so, the skin and the tissue are pulled into the glass for a short while and gently stretched.
